I was actually thinking of putting my phone, keys and a small coin purse in Sam's backpack - he might as well make himself useful, and it will save me struggling to get one off my own back and hold onto him at the same time! I think it would be poetic justice for all those piggybacks he demands from me...
I think I'll go back to that journal now to find some more pretty things. Sam's due home in fifteen minutes and I've done NOTHING today apart from play around on LJ and have a bath and wash up and collect my bag from the smirking man and eat lunch...I guess that's more than I thought, actually! I won't feel guilty about wasting another few minutes...
